I am not fluent in French or Wolof yet. I'd say level 1-2 French and definitely level 1 Wolof. Are there any job opportunites out there that anyone can suggest??

Hi i am going to take up an assignment in Gambia soon. Is there any scope for Physiotherapists in Senegal? or Homeopathy?
Also like to know the potential for business in health food supplements and Hospital rehabilitation equipments.
