Hi,

I am a single male relocating to Khobar this weekend.... Will appreciate help in getting an appartments and the do's and dont's

I have checked postings on the internet.. not alot on it ...my budget is 30-40k and i am looking near Al bustan arr rawabi area

Also i have few questions
Can we have monthly rental payments ? mostly i saw annually and bi-annually
What are clauses that should be in the contract
any good real estate contacts who can help

I'm actually close to your area (I live right behind Hyper Panda) but I need to be more south. How did things turn out for you? I also want to move, but further south, closer to the city and my work.

Well i ended up in olaya area that is near the dahran mall ... couldn't find any 2 BR in rawabi area as mostly buildings had 3 BR
