Does any have idea if theres a public bus trip from dubai to sohar

yes ofcourse you will get the bus from Ruwi ONTC govt and lot of private sector buses behind ONTc bus Stop

Yes,
Very frequently. The buses generaly start from Dubai and end up in Muscat (Via Sohar).
