Ciao
I am of Italian descent and live with my wife in Venice, FL. We recently were in Umbria for 3 weeks with our base in Spoleto. We visited Portaria on a recommendation I read and want to know more about this town, eg. living expenses, etc. If I could (maybe someday) I would like to have an apartment there to use or rent. For right now I would just like to know more about the area.
