visit visa for mother

I sent request visiting visa for my mother already more than 1 month until now didnot received the result.i am preqnant and need her for my deliver care.what is the reason until now didnot come the result?

Check with the mofa website or moi website, but I believe no visit visas are being issued until after Hajj.

but my friends sent after me only arround 3 weeks they got the result.need i reapply again next week or not?if reapply again same request i will send or make new request?thanks...
