Good IELTS tutor in Bangkok

Dear All,
I am from Russia and was working in Singapore, but thinking about moving to Bangkok for 2-3 month to study english full time and pass IELTS with the score of 8 in every section.

Would highly appreciate if anyone could recommend me a good tutor.

Additinally, I would be gratefl if you could also suggest a nice and cheal condo for this period.
