we are two erasmus students, and we are searching for a flat to share with nice people, in besiktas..
from the end of agust to the end of february

anyone interested? or who might help to find good site / appartment?

You can use www.sahibinden.com you will find so many rental flats either empty or with flatmate requested. According to your budget you can evaluate also neighbourhoods near to Beşiktaş. I would recommend you to stay at a flat on Bosphorus side but they can be so expensive.
