Apart from sounding like slave labour, the terms are against the legal requirements in Malaysia.

One day off per week is the absolute minimum required by law.

I suspect you would have to pay quite a high salary to attract a person who wants those conditions.

If you're in my position with no one else to look after your children and you have to travel due to work commitments and you have no choice but to rely on the maid to take care of your children as some of us have to make a living! And it's not slavery I'm paying for the maid's services!
