Rent - between 200 and 2000 or more.. 
Depend of area where do you want to stay, how many rooms, etc
Food - depend what you are eating and how much
Transport- public is cheap, going by cab daily is expensive 
For a decent life you will need between 1200-1500 euro, living alone.
