Looking to hire IT manager/expat

Will be setting up shop in Mauritius through the investor program.

Since I won't be able to actually move for another 14 months I am looking to hire a manager to help me setup an office. Goal is to hire php backend developers.

if you're an IT person, knowledgeable and capable of handling other things then coding please contact me.

Requirements would be excellent PHP skills, people skills and willing to work hard.
