Mohammed,
No. Space bags are bags you put clothes or blankets in and then the air is sucked out of them so the the items in the bag and the bag become flat, which saves a lot of space. :-)

..i've never seen them on sale here.

although the only way i know to get them is by placing an order from Aramex Express Couriers in Tripoli Tower ( or any other branch ).

you can check their website and they have a shopping section for items from abroad.
