salam! i have my english name mistake on nikkah nama its anum there while my NIC passport has ANAM ..can it make problem for family visa of me for ksa?

Generally they need an Arabic translation of the marriage certificate. As long as you can get it right on the translation.

The officials here only require an authentic Arabic translation.
