How to bring a cat to Nairobi

Hello to everybody,

I'm actually living in Niger and will be moving soon to Nairobi. I'd like to bring my cat with me and I'm looking for informations about the kind of papers, certifiactes, vaccinations,.. needed in ordoer to enter the country with hte cat.
The cat as an electronic identification and has been vaccinated against rabbies.

Thanks for any information on that.
