i believe it's possible , you may just need to pay a few extra bucks for that or you can directly check online ticketing for every airlines, sometimes you don't have to pay any extra charges at all! you just have to be patient in searching for the ticket 
, i believe Singapore doesnt require VISA anymore(if im not mistaken),
