Salary guidance for Logistics Manager in a Manufacturing industry?

Dear Members,

Hai, Good Day to all..!

i am from India & working as an Export Manager in Saudi with SR 7500/- all in salary + Family round tickets and insurance with 30 days annual vacation (21 Days Paid) my overall experience is 10 + Years & for the time being my family is in India and have not taken them with me so far.

Through one of my friend i am expecting an offer from a manufacturing industry for Logistics manager in Salalah with salary of OMR 750/- + 2 vacations in a year (15 + 15 days) all in, I requested him to negotiate further on my behalf since he is managing the present position and he got promoted and he is looking for his replacement.

My son is going to school in 2nd Grade & the second baby is 3 Months Older.

Request to kindly suggest the salary criteria for a 10 years Experienced Export / Logistics Manager in Oman.so that i can negotiate better, Also advise the fee structure of Indian Schools in Salalah.
