  I am an Electrical Diploma Holder (3 year) from India,  having around 10years of work experience. I speak English and would like to move to European union.Could any one please suggest how to get a Job at EU, considering I am an Indian, who speaks English only.

About our client
A prestigious American multinational company with Outsourcing centre based in Las Rozas, Madrid.


Job purpose:
As a member of the Customer Service Department, you will be in charge of supporting after sales relationships with car owners, achieving exceptional level of client satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:
Handling the client’s queries and complaints by phone, mail and fax 
Introducing all the information in the internal CRM system
Tracking and escalating the incidents properly
Managing the information cycle until the correct solution of assigned incidents
Handling and documenting customer complaints according to external and internal guidelines

Qualifications:
- Education level of vocational training and/or college.
- Native level of Flemish.
- An intermediate level of English is mandatory.

Experience:
- Two years of experience in a similar Customer Service role

IT skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package

The profile we are looking for will have:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer Service orientation abilities
- Problem solving skills
- Punctuality
- Stress management skills
- Team player abilities

hey everyone, i'm a recant college graduate looking to teaching English in Europe! i am a native english speaker with a TESOL / TESL / TEFL Certification. any tips on which countries i should looking into and how i would actualy go about get a teaching job?  also maybe there are other jobs other then teaching i should look into???
