Blood Type Card???

I was just looking online on what docs are needed to get the Civil ID Card.... and one of the docs needed is a Blood Group Certificate... Im trying to get as much paperwork done in advance to save me headaches later, but I have no idea what how/where to get this... I know my blood type, but I have nothing on paper to prove it... can you get this from your doctor, or is it something more official than that that they are asking for? Those of you who've already done it, what did you use??

They give you a form and you take it to the hospital and do the blood type test and they stamp it for you and thats pretty much it

It won't do you any good to get it done before you come over. You would just have to do it again. But it is quick.
