Which European country is best for doing civil engineering bechalor degree program.aslo cheap accommodation, as well as they accept my IELTS or IDP score,,, without any language requirement. (like in Germany it is required to clear German language exams... )
Im doing diploma in civil . Its a 3 year course.

my friend y u feel that civil engineering is more good if u have it from any eu countries i m also a civil engineer. and i thing its just matters on u how much u involve & sincere with ur profession with what u studies.

Coz in india , its better for sc/st people ..not for us..we people who belong to general category..never going to get chance in good college..and i hate india too!

that's what u think in my opinion no country is good or bad its polices that effect us so i know many place Indian diploma or degree are not welcome but i can help u in that u can try to apply in any university in Indonesia or international Islamic university
