To Everyone working here in KSA,

With regards to the common & regular cases of iqama or driving licence loss, It is highly advisable to paste your mobile numbers & names onto your iqamas, driving licence and even passport etc (make a small tag). So that once they are found, you can be contacted immediately.

now i am just more afraid of it being an "identity theft" case rather than a "lost iqama or license" case...

There are chances of it. But isn't it better you receive a call about your document much earlier then the otherwise. I have seen people loss their document and also those who have found others documents, in both cases they are clueless where to go and what to do with it.
