I am looking for a job as an Facilities Management (FM) Manager.

I have working experience in Facilities Management for 4-5 years in different types of industries such as Schools, Hotels, Residence(Properties) and Commercials. Graduated for Diploma in Facilities Management. Have certification on workplace safety and health.

Job description:-
1. Manage a building with the operation team such as term contractors for maintenance, cleaning service, security, landscaping and etc.
2. Carry our service recovery for client
3. Handling non-compliance issues
4. Involved in few projects such as Addition & Alteration (A&A) work, General Repair & Repaint (GR&R) work, Repacement work, Improvement work
5. Handling quotation and claiming processes
6. Provide advise and ideas to client on proposing projects such as space planning, future maintenance issues and more
7. Conduct routine inspection such as safety audits, cleaning audits to ensure that is upto standards
8. Involved in financial funding under yearly account to ensure that is in the scale of budget or so-called budget planning
