is it easy to get a job in kl on 2 years employment pass as an IT Help desk or System/Network Support? and how much can you a earn a month like average salary.

No - unless your languages are required. Malaysia has quite a lot of call centres and as they support many countries knowing the languages used in client countries is the only beneficial reason for a foreigner to be hired.
