FocusVision Worldwide is looking for a Audio/Video Field Service Technician-CSR.

Description:
In this technically savvy role you will perform the following duties: Duties include Videoconference and/or Video streaming set-up and operation and preventative maintenance on our equipment at focus facilities. The A/V Field Service Technician (CSR) will have some client interaction and will operate a control panel for live-two camera shoot.
Jobs are only on weekdays and can range from a time frame of 5am-11pm, or anything in between. We schedule jobs from the same day, out to two weeks in advance. The average booking is about 1 week prior to 8 hours in length. As an A/V Field Service Technician (CSR) you play a key front line role in establishing and maintaining Focus Vision's reputation for outstanding client service. On the day of the project you represent FocusVision to the client and their satisfaction depends on your attitude, actions, and your willingness to assist.

Requirements:
Good interpersonal skills as communication will be required.
Audio Video Wiring /cabling experience
Networking Skills. Certification in Networking is a plus
Experience with Video Conferencing equipment is a plus (Trouble shooting, programming and installing) Polycom, Tandberg, HD VS Systems
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule are also needed
