Guinot Facials Information Please

I have just recently moved to Riyadh from Canada and am desperately looking for someone to tell me where can I get Guinot Hydradermie facials from in Riyadh. I know that there are some very good spas here as well but so far I have been unable to find this specific brand. I have been getting them monthly for years now and am so disappointed that not many have heardof this brand here, or so it seems. Any information would be appreciated ladies! Thank you.

No sure, if they deal with Guinot but top spas for females heare are Al-manahil (DQ), Yibreens Spa.
