Photography anyone?

guys i am planning to buy a professional camera , can any one recommend .. is nikkon d3000 is a nice camera and how much would be a reasonabel price to pay for this camera (which is slightly used)...

I'm arriving in Kuwait next week. I love photograhpy and I am planning on bringing my cameras and equipment with me. I still use an old Minolta 35mm film camera and a Cokin filter system.

Does anyone know if you can get 35mm film developed eaisly in Kuwait? Has the whole world gone digital? I suppose on day I will make the digital jump but I still love film. Black and white too.

Uih, not sure about the film.
There are some good (bigger) professional studios here.
I would guess some of them work with film.
There's a group on facebook from the Kuwait Science Club.
A lot of Photographers there that might be able to help answer that question.
Or ask at 248.com, there's a forum with some people that know a bit about photography.
I would love to try film, but I'm way too impatient

If you are looking for photographing just lets lead ourselves and share our imagination and experience about photographing and decide  where to photo shoot and how and with what..
i know some nice spots for night 15+ sec shutter and landscape open view and old buildings and nigh sea reflections .
If you are interested it just came to my mind to make our own circle of shooting friends

It would be really good to see what scenery Kuwait has. If you do go ahead with this photoshoot, will you be posting this pictures on this site?

I like to see pictures of other places as it gives you an idea of what the county looks like, as they say "pictures paint a thousand words"

I'm no expert in photography, but i like to take some nice shots of places so others can see..
