Hi there, im going to be in HCM for one month and looking to rent a private room from the 8th September to the 7th October....anyone have a spare room available or know of anything?
Prefer clean and closer to district 1 if possible

Why dont you stay in a hotel? The one I know is around US$300/ month all includes.
