Opening a pizzaiolo

I've been in Iceland and I loved it. I'm a pizzaiolo and seriously thinking moving over there and open my business does anybody has a tip about this?

As I mentioned in that thread, there isn't a special visa for self-employed people, or for entrepreneurs, so I'm not sure how exactly this would work for you. There are several pizza restaurants in Reykjavik though, so perhaps you could get your foot in the door by finding employment with one of them first. If you're experienced in the business that may be enough to qualify for a skilled worker visa, and from there you can look into starting your own business once you are registered in the country.
