Salary of Sommelier

Hi,

I am a Nepali men working at one of the five star hotel in Dubai.

Firstly,I have been offered a salary of $1200 + accommodation and benefits for one of the leading five star resort in Seychelles. My concern is, Do you think that the salary for the SOMMELIER position in other five star resorts is in the same range?(As I feel, I am offered less)

Secondly, Will I be able to take any hospitality courses in Seychelles Institutes if I have an employment visa?

Any replies will be highly appreciated.

this is good to start with, there are not much of possibilities to take up education with job.
