Yes same problem with me the HR is telling me to wait for the Service to reopen since 7 Months.i now have to leave my job because i cannot carry on without proper documentation

I just came back from the labor office in jeddah with my company guy and there they are still saying the old story that it is still blocked for Dependents and have not issued a date yet to reopen 

MoL has announced at their Twitter accounts, that companies could transfer students effective today but web portal is not updated yet. Perhaps it will be resolved in a day or two.

If they say Sunday , it takes time , maybe Tuesday

Any update? My mandoob says system is still not implemented
