Help - Living Cost in Germany

Hi, I have a plan to study in Germany, maybe Berlin.
I really need to know how much is the living cost per month in Germany as International Student.
Please help me, it doesn't matter which city you are live in please give me information wherever you are it would be much appreciated
and I also need to know is it possible for international student to do a part time job right away? or there is some regulations and law that I need to know?

A foreign student in Germany should have a minimum of EUR800/month to survive - but you cannot have a good life with that (the official poverty line is EUR870/month).
Foreign students can work a limited number of hours in jobs related to their studies. You cannot earn your living that way! (Besides, studies are meant to be full-time, so your results will suffer if you work.)
