There are so many thjngs running through my mind, but the first question is, where can I rent a studio apartment (furnished) for less than 3000 AED per month and how do I pay for it if I need to pay a year's rent?
Second how much do employing companies help?
My husband and 4 month old baby girl and I are to shift but first my husband is going to go and call us eventually to join him, how good is this idea?

3000 is ok for a studio but in order to have a family at least a 1bdroom apt is asked by the immigration. Let's say even if he gets a 1bd apt, I would recommend you get a job aswell because if his housing allowance is 36000 a year his monthly salary is probably not gonna be more than 10-15K per month which isn't that much. Specially if your kid is of school going age

Kid is a 4 month infant, which is why I cannot work. Also about me picking a job, I useful to work in a corporate full time but now I wanna start in a school Montessori which have better timing thanks to the little one, and this also will start only next year.
