Yes i know a nice flat in Hurghada, mine .
If you go to housing/holydays rental/flats , you will find the one i am talking about "sea view appartment hurghada"

about work it's not so easy to find some, but the better advice i could give you, it's to looking for, from your country, witch company or hotel are working with Scandinavian guests than after to contact them to apply your request. You will have in my opinion maybe more chance if you are searching in El Gouna resort (30 km from Hurghada).
