I need some help! Looking for a job for my husband in sales domain

Hello Everybody,

I hope you can help me answering some questions.I am newly married and got a job in Paris. We are currently living in Lebanon.
Can my husband join me directly to Paris or he won't be able to work before 1 year( 6 months needed to get my papers done and 6 other months for his papers)
He works in sales domain, so i guess it's difficult for him to find a company in Paris that will recruit him and pay for his papers?

Is your husband fluent in French? Working in sales in France, requires him to be able to be at least fluent in French.

Well he speaks French but not fluent :s
I think he should look for a position in a Hotel for example where they need someone who speaks English. Let's see!!
