I need an iPhone 4 unlocked, has anyone got experience/used someone to get theirs done??

St. Paul's Bay area would be a bonus

what uk network are you on , how long have you had the phone
3 offer free unlocks to all customers it will take 15 working days
vodafone will charge £15 if you have had phone less then a year etc

because the phone will need to be unlocked by apple .. it is advisable you ring your former network and ask them to unlock it officially

Thanks Rob, it's my sister's phone that she is sending over to me. It was on O2 and they wanted a 50 pound deposit. I have found someone over here that will charge me 45 euro, more if it's blacklisted lol! It will take 10 working days but I am concerned about handing money over without a referral from someone.

my only concern is it may not be a "genuine" apple unlock and you could end up finding when you plug phone into itunes or get a software update it could lock again hence why i said the network
