Hello there fellow expats and members of this group. Please stay alert on riders who will grab your bags in the street.. I saw one yesterday near my place in D2.

How about a passenger on a motorcycle leaning over and cutting the strap of another motorcycle driver bag with a J-knife?

Wearing a computer bag with a computer name on it. makes a thief's choice of victim so much easier.

Or someone running over your toes with their motorcycle, and the driver getting off and whilst saying sorry with his arm across your shoulder - whilst his other hand steals your wallet?

Or the dog-nappers operating on the Quan 7 parks who steal dogs to sell them on Le Hong Phong Street?

Etc., etc.

They love iPhones, too. (Lean against a wall or lamppost with your cell handset nearest the solid object - if you must make a call)
