Hi, I am planning to stay in KL for a month. Unfortunately the duration is such that this would be too expensive to stay at a hotel.

So what would be my best options ?

Some of the good service apartments have rates like MYR 5-8 k a month which again is way too high. All I need is a 1 decent bed room hall with kitchen and bath. Utilities such as a washing machine would be good to have.

And I if try rending a studio (I haven't tried it yet), the landlord might want a min 6 months contract right ? (or am i wrong ?) So havent really explored options on iproperty or propertyguru

You are right. A one month stay falls between the cracks. There are some very cheap hotels/hostels in Bukit Bintang at under RM50 per night. Check Agoda.

I agree dirt cheap hostel only choice. Or try mudah.com and see if anyone has a room for a month as away

Normally a company pays for service apartments!
