from last three weeks its showing employment visa is in progress as legal status,how long its take..

Yes that's right, hope the new system is faster now. Mine took 45 days to processed Patience my friend.

You can only apply by visiting the nearest Bahrain embassy.

You also need a sponsor from Bahrain, the following links have list of hotels who can sponsor you for your visit: https://www.evisa.gov.bh/VisaBhrSLEn.html
