Housing in Riyadh

Hi all,
I know this is an old topic but is it possible to find a reasonably priced house in a compound? My baby boy is 11 months old and I really want to be in a welcoming community for his sake as well as mine.

My husband has had no luck thus far.

what is "reasonably priced" in your situation?

compound prices can sore from close to 75000/Year to a range of 300,000/Year ... thats SAR ofcourse.

and I might be outdated on this. anyone who knows better can correct me.

Our Housing Allowance is about SR 85000 so let's say maximum amount of SR 125000. Could you get anything decent in a compound for this that has 2,5 bedrooms?

I am looking for a nice flat (4 bedrooms) or a house in Riyadh to rent for a long periode. if i get it in a compound it will be better .
