Omar welcome.just visit targovu area you will find enough foreigners there.targovu is central area of Baku.

Hi Omar, if you are intrested in sightseeing of the city i can recommend you Old town (icheri sheher), Qobustan and boulvard

If you need more info abouth the city, please do not hesitate to ask
