You could buy directly over ebay or any other reknown website dealers and make them deliver at your address if there is some services such as dhl or fedex present in myanmar, or even the local post office.

You can try  Gandamar...  There were Reebok n Sketchers during a fair last year.  Or try Parkson in downtown carries branded ones.
