Working on Switzerland

Post new topic

Hello!

My finance and I are trying to relocate to Switzerland.

He's a Surgeon and I'm a teacher. Does anybody have any tips that will make our job hunting a little easier?

Or any tips that could help us?

Thank you!

Do either of you speak German, French or Italian? Having one of those would certainly help, depending on which part of Switzerland you want to move to.

Are his surgeon qualifications valid in Switzerland? Check that.

What are your teaching skills? If languages, you have a chance to find work in private schools. Without one of the three main swiss languages (there is actually a fourth, Romansch), it would be impossible for you to teach in schools if you could nit communicate with the children in their language.

Do some research yourself if you are serious!
