i like to get my iqama but my employer dont give me .what will i do ?

i like to get my iqama becoz me and my boyfriend indian wants to get marry ....he give only the copy of my iqama ... i dont know if i can use this only copy...and i just newly convert muslim,i just like to ask if i can marry without my iqama i just only present the copy of my iqama and the certificate that i already convert as muslim? pls help meeee

you have the right to have your iqama in your hands as long as you are in KSA, why have you accepted not to have it in the first place?
