Try Pantai Hill Park and Pantai Panorama. If you personally visit the 2nd phase of PHP you can see lots of rooms to rent on their noticeboard. Otherwise use these resources:

bangsar south is a good place. try look for units in Acacia, Begonia or Capri. There is a Nexus mall just down below, and Horizon is just about 5 to 10 mins walk away.
