Hospitals LE ceiba vs. trugillo area?

How are the hospitals in both areas and which seems to be the best or should a guy be airlifted to another country all together? I had a stroke in January I am only 41 so if I buy a vacation home in honduras which would be the best area in case I have another one?

La Ceiba by far has the best hospitals anywhere on the entire coast of Honduras. If in a sever situation San Pedro by helicopter is a short flight. A friend has a hear attack in La Ceiba 3 years ago. He was taking care of 100% in La Ceiba. Roatan sends to La Ceiba or San Pedro
