I live in Sweden, I'm 22 years old.

Check out the Pakistani expatriates in Stockholm network. You could contact them, maybe they know more and they could advice you how to be in touch with them!

Concerning the accommodation i suggest you to have a look at the Stockholm classifieds > accommodation section and you may also post an ad there.
