Moving to Gozo

Hi, I am hoping to move to Gozo in June 2015 with my 11 year old granddaughter who I have raised since birth. Are there any state schools which teach in English, as I have been living in Portugal for the last three years and feel that learning another language may put a strain on my granddaughter? Also, I am a pensioner and cannot afford expensive school fees. I would be very grateful for any input on this, as this is my only concern. Thank you so much.

Also, she is 11 so will be starting in middle school. Look at the school and study section on here, there is a thread on secondary school too, (middle schools are a new system this year but the secondary thread will be relevant still.)
