Compounds near Red Sea Mall?

Dear all,

I have just moved to JEDDAH, KSA and have been given temporary accommodation in a hotel whilst the company sort out my accomodation.

I am working very close to Red Sea Mall (forgive me for not knowing the road names as I need to get used to it) could someone please list me any compounds near Red Sea Mall (driving time if you please) and perhaps a rough price of how much I could get a 1 bedroom apartment/house there?

Nearest to Red Sea Mall is al basateen compound. One of /the best and the most expensive.
