Are you not Moroccan? You don't mention your nationality on your profile.

If you are Moroccan then the best person to ask is yourself! You are ideally placed to find this information out.

You say you speak Arabic, so if you are not Moroccan, then at least you have the advantage of being able to get this information more easily than a non-Arabic speaker from the relevant authorities.
