I want to buy an apartment in Colombo in future. I need a building which is made up of a premium residential condominium, high end shopping and recreational space for those in search of a prime location with a touch of luxury and style list. While I searching I found "platinum1.lk" .can anyone know about this.

Please check Lanka Propery web. or Ikman.lk .You may find a good propery owner and deal with the owners.
Also Buildings contructed by ICC group in Sri Lanka are reliable.

ICC Properties aren't that reliable. I have seen their Nivasie schemes and found that quality was compromised over the cost. They were using cheap construction materials and not advising anyone to seek a property from Nivasie. Its another Millenium city.

Platinum 1 of course located in Colombo 03, which is the heart of central business district. Property it self a mixed development and do have the access to some prominent business addresses within 1 mile radius.
