Lol, Christine is a team member of expat-blog. Part of the administration of this site, not a bank in Morocco! If you speak French, ask on the French forum, as you will more likely receive answers from those living there rather than on this Anglophone forum which is relatively quiet:

"Encouraging"? I'm afraid that in your case they will be absolutely ZERO. Why on earth do you think that a bank in a Morocco would give someone either not living there or recently arrived a loan of a large sum of money? Do you think a bank in Romania would do that? Of course not.

Hello, Thanx for bringing me back on earth. It s my dream Morocco but how can I help myselfe?  How much costs a car in Morocco? ex. 8 yeras old, what are the taxes ?

To buy a car, if you can't get a credit from the bank, you can contact the leasing branche it will be easier
