Can I keep the Omani visa if I leave the job to another gulf country (ofcourse with the agreement of the sponsor in oman) ?

will it stay valid for its validity date and I can come near its expiry to cancel in properly.
can I keep my family in oman for couple of months if I have shifted to a different country ?

Hi adeelkl,

As long as your employment visa is valid that means you are technically employed. That means your sponsor cannot hire another employee to replace your position. So if you leave your job and move to another country you have to necessarily cancel your employment visa while exiting the Sultanate.

However, your family can continue to stay as long as their dependent visa is valid even if your primary visa is cancelled. But your employer must agree to this arrangement and your family should be able to support themselves in the absence of your income coming in during that period.
